Follow The Yellow Lined Road
N.Hobbs Writes in the NEN letters page about the lack of yellow lines on West Granton Road. We to took a walk along West Granton  Road to have a look for ourselves.
And what do you know, no lines so Councillor Fitzpatrick must be looking at another street. This is a poor state of affairs, cars parking where they want and no rerstrictions to protect the public or allow public transport right of way. If this were the city centre there would be uproar and parking tickets flying all over the place.
So whats the problem Bill,is it the usual excuse nothing to do with you.It is everything to do with you. You may be content that by default you and Ms. Mcginnis will be selected as the two Labour worthys at next years local elections, but if you keep up this nothing to do with you mentality, then the voters might think the same when it comes to marking their cross in the box,it is nothing to do with them.
So Bill get off your backside and make sure restrictions on parking are put in place on West Granton Road,it is your responsibility,it is your civic duty,so do it.
P.S we have a novel idea to restrict parking. Why dont the residents put up posters of Councillor Fitzpatrick, thats bound to frighten them off.Â
