Shame On You
We hear on the grapevine and the qt that one of the Muirhouse Two has had his salery stopped. When he asked what progress there had ben on his serious allegations,all he got was the shutters put up. Ducking and diving coupled with nasth threats is about all the Social Work Department can come up with.
We passed this information on to our legal advisior who told us that they are manipulating proceedures to suit themselves.Unison have been informed and they should be able to handle this.
Instead of getting to the root of the problem they threaten one of their victims typical, and very much in keeping with their underhand tactics.The machine against the individual ,the thinking being that the machine always wins.They may be right.but there is always the exception,and the Muirhouse Two may well be just that. Their handpicked investigators does not fool anybody,and a half decent union rep will see through that.
Senior management have plodded and blundered their way through this debacle and could well have made matters worse as the newspapers start to get a smell of it. We have been contacted by a daily newspaper for information on the Muirhouse Two and their ongoing saga,we advised them to watch this space as developments are now imminent,and the story will break anyway.
Washing dirty linen in public is always distasteful at the best of times, but sometimes if it is in the publics interest it should be known.
Bullying is a crime and should be brought out in the open and the perpetrators punished. The councils own document on bullying talks of not tolerating bullying. That may be the case,but you are very good at covering it up and brushing away the tracks.
The papers have got a sniff of something that smell can only get stronger as the coverup goes on. Somebody will now have to carry the can for this sham. Question? Do you dig a deeper hole for your selves or do you get to the truth which is stareing you right in the face.and do something about it.
Shifting the deck chairs on the Titanic is certainly not the answer,outing the bully is. We have said before and will repeat. There will be a very loud cheer from a lot of people when the bully is finally caught and punished.
