Own Up Mike
We hear a very nasty and alarming rumour. It seems that Mike It wisna me Rosendale has had a brainstorm. His latest cockup of a plan is to do away with community centre management committees,and replace them with business managers. Whatever the truth in this story don’t give Rosendale the cheque book,we wouldn’t want any funds going missing would we Mike.
Down here in North Edinburgh,Royston/Wardieburn to be more exact,we are due to have a new community centre built beside Royston primary school. Now at the moment that would be in the ward currently represented by —yes you have got it  Bill nowght to do with me Fitzpatrick. Of course after the election all that might change, but this piece of news won’t do jinglings or Waterfront Lizzies popularity any good at all.
Question:Do they know anything about this story?and if they do why have’nt they told the local punters and more to the point why have’nt they told the management committee of Royston/Wardieburn. If this story turns out to be a goer then Jingling Bill and Waterfront Liz have got some serious questions to answer. We know that politics is an underhand business but if the local punters find out that their centre is to be turned over to the sticky hands of a business manager no matter how it is put over and the punters lied to,then Jingling and Waterfront can kiss thier cushy numbers goodbuy.
