It seems the caring sharing Health and Social Care Department have got into a bit of a fix. The employees who have suffered workplace bullying at the hands of the same culprit are mounting up. It would seem if the rumours coming out of this department are true,that they have buried evidence and mislead leading figures in the city,then stormy waters are ahead.

As far as we know there are now three victims of the Muirhouse Social Work Centre bully and a little birdie tells us that a forth is more than prepared to give evidence against this character. Silent panic is what we hear as two of the victimshave turned to the law to sort this mess out. There is overwhelming evidence against this workplace bully much of it seemingly buried to cover up what certain senior managers have known for a long time,that they have a serial bully on their hands.

Our latest information which we where told was overheard in conversation is that serious medical evidence was completly ignored,deliberatly ignored because of the implications for the Department. We do not know what this evidence is but if it was as was said in conversation deliberatly ignored then this could have serious repercusions. We await with interest any movement to body swerve the truth. 

The Aeolus Club. No it’s not a dodgy massage parlour, it is an expensive nosh joint run by no less a person than Baroness Mary Goldie vice chair person of the Labour peers in the House of Lords. Aeolus as you are all probably aware was the Greek god of the four winds. This club costs £16,000 a year membership so there won’t be a rush for membership from the rank and file.

The Scottish Executives top cival servant Sir John Elvidge is a member amongst others. Another gravey train but defended as a sound investment by Strathclyde fire chief Brian Sweeney. Independent MSP Margo MacDonald has promised to investigate this boy’s club. By the way does this private expensive club have funny handshakes so members can recognise each other,or do they roll a trouser leg up and wear an apron.

We all know that a job’s for the boy’s culture exists in society today,but this is one step to far. This fat cat’s club for the self important and bullshit brigade should be put to the sword and asked who coughs up the 16 grand for membership, Wanna bet it’s the overpressed taxpayer.

The taxpayer funds mortgage payments,council tax and utility bills. How you ask can you get on to this gravey train. Simple really just get elected to the Scottish Parliament. This is on top of a £10,000 pension and a £20,000 redundancy payment our honourable MSP’s awarded themselves.

Our brand spanking new Presiding Officer Alex Ferguson bought a flat in Palmerston Place in 2003 for which he paid £250,000 it is now estimated to be worth £370,000,not bad if you can swing it. He is not alone there is estimated to be up to 24 MSP’s who are milking the public purse. Many people can not get on to the property ladder yet these greedy bastards have no problem in getting a second home at the taxpayers expence.

Limp Dick leader Nicol Stephen bought a house in St Clair Terrace in February 2002 for £193,333 courtesy of the taxpayer it is now estimated to be worth £370,000.

It is worth noting that Alex nose in the trough Fergusson had the taxpayers cough up about £7000 in interest payments for his second home between 2005 and 2006,while at the same time he claimed £22,688.84 in expences,all right for some isn’t it.

Of course all these upstanding and honest MSP’s can keep the massive profits that they reap in should they sell up. This is a national scandal and brings great shame on the Parliament,while as been said people of all ages are having great difficulty affording a home to buy. So while these greedy bastards preach to us about how we should conduct ourselves they help themselves to the public purse. While many struggle to pay the obscenly high Council Tax and the extraordinary expensive fuel bills our honourable MSP’s sit back and get the public purse to fork out the money for them.

It is legalised crime by any other name,no wonder so many break their necks to get into the Scottish Parliament. It would be interesting to know how many Scottish voters support this scheme,not many we think. 

Friends and readers. We hear on the grapevine murmers of discontent coming from Royston/Wardieburn Community Council. We have no further information and nobody seems to be talking,but the rumour machine is working overtime. We won’t comment on unconfirmed rumours,but we are hoping someone contacts us to let us know what is going on there.Royston/Wardieburn Community Council was fast becoming the leading light amongst the local Community Councils.

We have tried to contact a couple of members but we so far have had no luck. There seems to be a wall of silence which leads us to believe that all is not as it should be,and this time the rumour machine might well have got it right. So if anybody wishes to contact us to let us know what is going on feel free.

Well friends and readers it looks like the Forth Bridge toll may becoming a thing of the past. Headline grabber you may say and quite possibly it is. But if it becomes a reality as their manifesto promised,it will give the fledgling SNP administration a real shot in the arm. Gone will be the hand popping out of the toll booth demanding money and the overtax over stressed motorist will get something for the massive amount of tax they pay.

For far to long administrations past and up to the present have waged unrelenting war on the car owner,and they are blamed for all the ills that come our way. Over enthusiastic traffic wardens who in reality are there to keep the traffic moving as smoothly as possible and not slap a ticket on mortorists who are micro seconds over their time limit. they are just glorified tax collectors who have a soft touch in the motorist. Speed cameras everywhere when accident blackspots where the original use for these cameras. Just another financial penalty for the motorist. TV adverts warning you big brother style that if you don’t pay your road tax your car could be crushed,nice people. Roadworks everywhere slowing up traffic and causing stress,parking permits so you can park your car in front of your house and there are more permits sold than there are spaces,what does that tell you more revenue from the frustrated motorist. As soon as the motorist steps into their car they are a target for the pound sign devils whose whole meaning to life is to persecute the motorist.

How many police could be freed up if they where taken off the front line war against the motorist and put on to preventing street crime. The SNP have their finger on this particular pulse,by easing up on the motorist even in a small way they get the grateful thanks of the war torn motorist. How many votes is that worth.

We received information this morning regarding compensation that was alledgedly paid to Community Service users while working in a building that was condemed. According to the information received this is indeed the case. The sums involved we are told is £400 each, for injuries received while working in a council building which had some time previously been condemed.

We are also informed that the Social now Health and Care Department have done their best to cover this up. We have also been told that the person who ordered the service users into this building which was the former transport garage at 163 Leith Walk was the bully who was supposed to be under investigation. Pilton Sucks is disgusted that people were ordered into a life threatening situation and injuries were indeed received by two service users. 

This is a criminal act which this caring sharing Department is trying to cover up. We have it on good authority that the union Unison also were involved in the condeming of this building and had no knowledge of employees being ordered to work there. This criminal act warrents the highest investigation and once again Muirhouse Social Work Centre is at the centre of it. Pilton Sucks is asking these two service users to come forward and tell their story,we have their names but we would prefer if they came forward.

This was an act of complete folly and utterly callous in ordering people to put their lives at risk. Is the director of this Department aware of this criminal act,we will wager he isn’t,and if he is then he is up to his neck in it as well. What kind of madman orders vunerable service users to risk their health and safety in a building that had been condemed.

Pilton Sucks finds this just incredible that a department however corrupt they might be would knowingly put people’s lives at risk, someone has to carry the can,the buck stops somewhere,the bully won’t own up to it as the coward he is he will blame somone else,who could it be,let us have a guess Ron Lancashire perhaps,someone has to answer for this. Pilton Sucks demands on behalf of all service users that the culprits be dealt with immediatly. Meanwhile this further evidence will be passed to our lawyers.

    

We are reliably informed that the Muirhouse Social Work Centre bully is enjoying a long holiday in Australia. It’s a great pity Australia is no longer a penal colony as he would be in the right place. As the victims of this thugs behaviour continue to fight for justice and being hoodwinked by the caring sharing Health and Social Care Department,he suns himself in sunnier parts. Something about Rome burning and Nero fiddling comes to mind.

Our inside source in the department tells us that line manager Brian Chatham has left his post and a certain Ms. Millar has taken over. She cannot be any worse or can she. The disasterous handling of the bullys victims cases now lands at her door in the plush new building of Waverly Court. The way these cases have been handled or mis-handled to be more accurate is nothing short of scandelous,and warrents legal intervention. Our dossier on this mess is with our legal people,and they are amazed that it has been allowed to drag on so long without a solution being put forward.

Our laywer tells us that the Department has it in their power to at the very least demote this thug so he can never again have power over others to mis-use it. A case for compensation she tells us is a strong one and will get stronger the longer the Department tries to bob and weave around this mess trying to protect the bully who they know is guilty of abusive behaviour.

What investigation if any took place was a sham and a deception when the evidence was overwhelming and showed this City had a serial bully in it’s employ. Pilton Sucks has dug deep and come up with a patern that goes back over 20 years,showing that this thug has consistently abused members of staff and got away with it,giving him the green light to carry on.

Friends of the bully investigating the bully,with held evidence,eye witnesses not being called, witnesses more or less being called liars,and eye witnesses at that. Victims being ridiculed by so called investigators,who were just put in place to cover up this mess,and protect their own backsides. Harry Robertson pal and former senior of the bullys. The now departed Marion Grey Former manger at Muirhouse Social Work Centre that got this mess rolling and by all accounts completly ballsed it up from the start.

These people and one or two more like the bullys assistant who has a reputation for his anger problem have colluded to whitewash this travesty,and paint a picture of business as usual,although it seems from what we have heard that a number of converstaions have taken place and a couple of these characters now regret not having done the right thing and punished the bully who they knew was and is a destructive element in the Department.

It would also seem that they knew Unison had dealings with him before and still they done nothing. Whether it is cowardice or just plain stupidity these people have a lot to answer for including the attempted suicide of one of the victims,which is unforgivable.We have recently been told that throughout the Community Service teams in Edinburgh including his own Community Service officer colleagues his behaviour is at best erratic and at worse contempable. It has even been said and we had this quitely passed to us that he has bullied senior management who have been stupid enough to let him get away with it.

He certainly bullied Ms. Grey when she was manager at the Muirhouse Social Work Centre and she could not wait to leave. We would ask those in a responsible position and have an open mind to look at the staff turnover in the Community Service team in Muirhouse compared to the other teams,and see what you find. seek out and find those people who have left in let’s say the last 5 years and ask them why,we are convinced that they would tell you it was because of the way they where treated,by this bully.

Ask those that are in no-mans land of this Department because they came forward and see what they say,you are very likely to get the same answer. Because there has been no political monitoring of what this Department has got up to,and in many ways they have either lied to politicians or conned them,the powers that be in this Department have got away with doing what they liked with no accountability to anyone.

They cannot con Pilton Sucks who has eyes and ears everywhere,we will give people a platform to speak and will not reveal their identities,as they fear repercusion,isn’t that sad in this day and age that people who are being abused are the ones who have most to fear along with those who wish to support them while the guilty partys go unpunished and can take long haul holidays abroad,knowing that they are protected by a Department which thrives on punishing the victims so they can protect their own backsides.

Our brand new super duper limp dick councillor and local messiah Elaine Morris made great play and vigourously campaigned on the poor state of our roads and pavements in parts of the Greater Pilton Community. Pilton Sucks agrees with this even if she pinched the campaign idea along with the campaign for the retention of local bus services.

But that aside we have decided to test and see if Ms. Morris is genuine or as we suspect is talking through a hole in her backside. We will highlight just two items which require her immediate attention and are at this moment in a dangerous state. The first one is the hole at the bottom of Crewe Road North. This is a large hole on the pavement which has just been left in a dangerous state and someone is in danger of really being injured. It was like that before the election,and the previous councillor did nothing-no suprise there-but since May 4th some 15 days ago it has come into Ms Morrises remit. So get it sorted or we will hold you personally responsible. 

The second item is the corner of Royston Mains Avenue at the juction of Royston Mains Road. Ms Morris may need a street map to find it as she does not live as she claims in this community. Again that little detail aside the pavement is subsiding on the corner and the surface tar on that part of the road is missing.

So there we are two small jobs which Ms Morris can get stuck into and live up to her campaign promises. We would hate to have to say that she was kidding us all on just to get elected,and we warn her against trying the nowght to do with me dodge,that’s a tried and failed policy.

Just to show we have a heart,we will contact the council on Monday morning regarding these two items,and reminding them to tell Ms. Morris about her promises,and we will also ask whoever we speak too,to remind Ms. Morris where Greater Pilton is. 

So Alex has just about got his mits on the keys to Bute House,although he has had to sell part of his soul to get there,but never mind that’s politics. He consistently out performed and out manovered the under whelming Jackie boy McConnell. Mr. Salmond knowes only to well that the population has no real appetite for independence,but a solid performance by him as first minister will heap further misery on the chin dragging Labour Party.

No sooner is the election over and jack is out of his over stratched suit than the comrades are plotting jack’s demise. By saying to the media there is no question of a leadership contest,jack is being told in coded terms his number is up and he can spend more time with the formidable Bridget. The media with the help of thier cronies in the party have already come up with a short list of chancers who could replace the noble Jack. Wendy Alexander god forbid is the first name out of the hat,but wait on is she not spending more time with her family just now. Margaret Curran the housewifes housewife,at least she comes across as somebody who has a little experience of where it’s at,so that rules her out then. Then comes Andy cheap suit Kerr an early favourite we hear,as MSP for the jewel in the Scottish crown sunny East Kilbride,he may not represent a change as he is a close pal if there is such a thing in politics of our Jack. The main difference between them is they don’t get their suits in the same place,but their hairdresser looks like the same one.

One thing in Maggies favour is our Jack saw her as a threat and gave her the short straw as minister for parliamentary business a direct cure for insomnia. Labour would benifit from Maggie getting the job as Ms Alexander who is so smart she is in danger of disappearing up her own asshole. Andy cheap suit kerr as we have said is a pal of Jacks and is just another dark suited career politician and we have enough of them.

So like the Labour party we to will say there is no leadership  campaign quitely or any other way going on,but Pilton Sucks will have a sporting gamble and back Magaret Curran,we think she could well be the breath of fresh air the stuffy drab Labour party needs and she would keep the sly fox Alex Salmond on his toes as well. So on you go Maggie and give it your best shot whenever that might be. Labour could do with the feminine touch,after Jacks suits and silvercrine hairspray the front bench could do with the fresh air. Happy retirement when it comes oh course Jack. 

For those who are making plans to rush off and enjoy the spanish costas this summer although we use the word enjoy with hesitation,spare a thought for those who never see how the other half live and spend their lives in dreary rundown council estates. Surrounded by grey drad buildings their future is mapped out. the kids go to school well some of them and receive an education that is in the whim of a government. Their job prospects are dictated by their postal code as is any chance of a university education,which for the majority is seen as a prize for the better off.

How many of our nations leaders have come from council estates or ever had the chance to better themselves,very few if any. Most of our leaders have been educated privately which seems somehow to give them the right to dictate to the rest of us what we can and cannot do. The handful who sometimes manage to make the break through are prevented from getting any further by the old boys network. The faceless manderins who have themselves come through the private door reserved for those and such as those. 

So the masses are there just to pay up and shut up fighting fruitlessly for recognition of their plight only to be ignored until election time when they are needed to vote for the elite. Labour has sucked up to these punters and left their principles behind,but these fat assed elite would still rather have their Tory buddies to watch over their wealth and privilidge. This minority dictate to the majority,only because of their over inflated position in society.

They are delighted to see the plebs fly off in cramped airplanes to Spain or wherever as it takes their mind and eye off the ball. So for two weeks in the summer the plebs can be millionaires as well and lord it on overcrowed beaches eating cheap shit served up to them in open air fly infested eateries. The elite watch with glee as the poor in society try to match six balls with money they can’t afford,only to watch it be creamed off to pay for improvements to the royal opera house or giving money to the well off to purchase papers that were the property of the crowns anyway[Churchills papers]

Let the plebs have their little flutter the bookies and lottery sellers are delighted to see you,they know only to well that for every winner there is umteen loosers. But we never learn and will go on doing the expected hoping we can get that lucky win that will transform our lives. That’s just pure crap,the odds tell you it is and they are never wrong.

We are told life is what you make it, that’s alright if you happen to be born into riches or a blue blooded family who got their wealth by killing others. The slave trade played a big part in putting the e into elite, but that’s kept well hiden as they receive the plaudits and gongs from an outdated monarchy. Now and again what’s called an ordinary person gets a gong just to keep the masses quite and prove anybody can do it,yeh oh course they can.

Mortgages,high rents ,expensive fuel bills ,hire purchase feeding the kids and worrying about where the next pound is coming from,that’s the lot of the masses,and not a bloody politician has done anything to change that,except tinker round the fringes annd make it look good.

So flying off on some cheap and nasty package holiday with it’s inevitable delays unless you have booked a place in the VIP suite of the airport which will cost you an arm and a leg might just seem in the cold drab world of day to day existance the thing to do and for a moment or two weeks of moments you are free to live as you think you might always want to live. The  drawbacks are you have to pay for a sea view fight for the sunbeds cause the Gerries get there first arrive at some god forsaken hour and when you leave wait in the hotel lobby for hours on end because your flight takes off in the middle of the night and you could not afford to keep the room on that you had to vacate at midday. 

So Hi Di HI and bon voyage don’t forget your factor 99, mosquito repelent, diarrhoea pills and the kids water wings,oh and something soft for your backside as it might get sore waiting for your delayed flight to board. Oh fuck that I’ll camp in the back garden and watch daytime telly.
