Fools And Chancers
Friends and readers. Our old friend and chancer Frank Phelen head of the secure units Howdenhall and St Katherine’s where he managed to cover up all the very dodgy business that went on there,has according to a source that works at one of these units wangled himself a promotion.
Typical City Council promote the fools and chancers to hide them away so they can’t do any more damage. Phelen was in charge when the Evening News broke the story of alleged cover up amongst other dubious behaviour. Since then Phelen has threatened staff with disciplinary action should they talk about what goes on at the units.
Phelen has run a campaign of fear against the staff and has now reaped the reward he has craved promotion to Waverley Court where he can hide and do no more damage. Chancers like Phelen seem to be able to get away with what ever they please denying any wrong doing or neglect of duties.
Phelen must be moping his brow as he becomes another Waverley Court jobsworth and a further burden on the taxpayer. More information has been promised to us and we await with interest what it tells us.
In the meantime when Phelen eventually gets to Waverley Court he could maybe pop in to see our old friend,Chief Social Worker and humanitarian of the year Michelle Miller,remember her she’s the one who thinks it is alright to abuse staff. Peas in a pod comes to mind.
