More Like It.
Friends and readers. Our associate George has received communication from Midlothian Council with regards to our question on their stance on workplace bullying.
It states clearly that any member of staff found to have bullied another staff member will be subject to disciplinary procedure and possible dismissal. The letter also states that under no circumstances will bullying be tolerated and subsequently they have a zero tolerance to workplace bullying.
This is more like it as our campaign to end workplace bullying reaches further out. George has now written to every council in Scotland asking the same question Midlothian has replied first, we will let you know when the rest do and what they say.
Remember be alert don’t let the bullys win.
