Friends and readers. We have been informed from our source at the secure unit of Howdenhall that the senior in charge of Guthries Unit St Kathrines was disciplined for harassing a female member of staff. Rightly so but we are told that there was previous misbehaviour from this senior
The new acting principle John Stevens seems we are told is carrying on from where Frank the chancer Phelen left off, by threatening staff and trying to bar them from reading both Edinburgh and Pilton Sucks,not frightened of the truth are we John.
We are also told that a £5000 pound lottery grant was awarded to these units recently.hope that’s not to repair the doors that don’t work. we have it on good authority that a senior member of staff was caught cheating on a Social Work course,and was booted off rightly so. Our source tells us that fear grips these units in case any of this and more gets out. Well it is getting out and so it should this is taxpayers money being spent to look after vunerable childern.
So while the chancer Phelen or the preacher as his former staff nicknamed him hides away in the ever leaking Waverley Court keeping his fingers crossed that none of this shit sticks to him,it is clear who is responsible for the mis-management of these units Phelen himself,and of course what does the Council do with shitholes and wankers,why promote them of course and take then out of the firing line.
Our informant tells us that if there were a real investigation not the usual covered up job the council does all this and more would come out. So while Frankie boy tries to keep his head down while ass licking at the same time he should beware the shit stops at his door and a number of staff at these units would be more than happy to bring this chancer down.
